Hello, my name is Tristan Nitot, I am the founder of Mozilla Europe the non-profit organization who makes the Mozilla Firefox Web browser. I have an engineering background, but now I spend most of my time working empowering people within the Mozilla project.

Illiteracy, poverty, and lack of electricity, prevent over one billion people from learning simple techniques to improve the health, education, and income of their families. Local organizations try to share their knowledge by personally visiting individual villages, but this is costly and has limited impact since illiteracy prevents people from taking notes.
